What does this Privacy Policy apply to?

This Privacy Policy is valid as information notice pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applies to personal data collected and processed by Ninfa Labs S.r.l. SB, with registered office in Milan, Corso Monforte no. 41 – in its capacity as data controller – (hereinafter “Ninfa”, “we” ****or “our”, as the case may be) through the website ninfa.io and the related web application (“Platform”) and relating to users of the relevant services (“Users”, “you”). In particular, it describes how we collect, use, share and secure your personal data when the Users visit the Platform or create, buy, transfer, or trade digital artworks.

What personal data do we collect?

We may collect the following data:

  1. identifying data such as name and surname;
  2. contact data such as e-mail address;
  3. data relating to your professional life such as your official website and social media accounts as well as any other data we may need to verify your application to the Platform (including data available on public sources);
  4. data linked to purchases on the Platform, such as your Ethereum wallet address;
  5. information required in order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations, such as ID data of clients and beneficial owners, details of the business relationship and transactions, data available on public registries or directories;
  6. information about your interests and preferences regarding our services and/or artworks available on the Platform;
  7. information relating to your access to and use of the Platform such as the IP address and approximate location of your device, the browser you are using, the operating system, the web page you visited before accessing the Platform, the pages you visit or features of the Platform you use and the time spent or employed on these pages or features, search keys, links clicked and other information, including collected through cookies, social plugins and web beacons;
  8. any other information you voluntarily provide us with or that is otherwise necessary or useful to provide the services.
